In February 2004 Alan and Anne Fraser realised there was a need for a quality, customer service based DIY or homebrewing supplies shop in the Northern Suburbs of Wollongong. In May 2004 together they started Northern Brew.

Alan had been brewing for a number of years before opening Northern Brew and together with Anne's support it has grown since those early days into a thriving business focusing on superior customer service.

Rather than just sell products they have always tried to teach and nurture both young and old brewers alike to brew the best beer, wine and spirits possible, for each one to be proud to share their brews with family and friends and to know that they are more than comparable with so called commercial products.

They are keg system specialists with a broad knowledge of both products and systems.
